‘’Recruitment in healthcare has always felt personal to me. Behind each placement, there is a story – a clinician making an important career move, patients relying on consistent care, and a practice trying to keep things running.

I started Mediix because I wanted to offer a more thoughtful and honest approach. I wanted to build something that felt genuine and deliver a service that is affordable for smaller businesses.
I also understand how stressful workforce gaps can be for employers, especially in healthcare. That’s why I try to be responsive, practical, and clear about what I can and can’t do.

The most meaningful part of this work is when someone comes back – a clinician looking for their next step, or an employer who calls again because they felt supported the first time.
